Same as 2 prior messages.

Hi, I turned on recharge in the hopes of getting more credits for my workspace. It still shows 0 Credits available even though our threshold minimum is set to 25 credits. Any suggestions for how to get us more credits before our subscription reloads/recharges via our monthly schedule?

I am working in client workspace and ran short of credits. She turned on auto-recharge but still not able to proceed after logging out, refreshing etc.

Seems to be stopping analysis at about 60%. System status says showing 100% uptime right now. Client also tried and same results.

I keep get a credit error on Speak and it shouldn't be the case (see attached).

I am subscribed with a Starter Plan. When i create focus groups I am asked to pay before I can use them, Why?

We are trying to work as a team and create a Custom Persona to use within a specific workspace project. One of the members of our team created a "PMM Pam" custom persona. None of us can locate this persona now. We also are not listed as members of the Workspace even though we have been invited and we are all Admins on the instance. Help!

I am in the first 14 days of my trial and have been using the platform with no issues, but today it is not letting me create new chats in one of my projects.
